Shipping within Germany

Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be shipped from the warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer within approx. 5 working days. No liability is accepted for delays in delivery due to force majeure, operational disruptions and / or material procurement problems - also insofar as they occur with suppliers - even with bindingly agreed delivery dates. In these cases, the agreed delivery date is tacitly extended by the appropriate period of time necessary to remove the obstacle.

Shipping to EU / third countries

Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be shipped from the warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer within approx. 10-21 working days. No liability is accepted for delays in delivery due to force majeure, operational disruptions and / or material procurement problems - also insofar as they occur with suppliers - even with bindingly agreed delivery dates. In these cases, the agreed delivery date is tacitly extended by the appropriate period necessary to remove the obstacle.

Payment / due date

The purchase price is due immediately when the order is placed. There is no minimum order value.
