Shipping within Germany
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be dispatched from stock within approximately 5 business days to the delivery address provided by the customer. No liability will be assumed for delivery delays due to force majeure, operational disruptions, and/or material procurement problems – even if they occur with suppliers – even for bindingly agreed delivery dates. In these cases, the agreed delivery date will be silently extended by the reasonable period necessary to eliminate the impediment.
Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be dispatched from stock within approximately 10-21 business days to the delivery address provided by the customer. No liability will be assumed for delivery delays due to force majeure, operational disruptions, and/or material procurement problems – even if they occur with suppliers – even for bindingly agreed delivery dates. In these cases, the agreed delivery date will be silently extended by the reasonable period necessary to eliminate the impediment.
Shipping to other EU countries
Due to the new packaging regulations we are currently unable to ship to EU countries outside Germany (Switzerland excepted). To receive Aktivators nonetheless, two forwarding services are available: they provide you with a German delivery address and forward the parcel to you for a fee once it arrives.

Payment/Due Date
The purchase price is due immediately upon placing the order. There is no minimum order value.
